Thank you all very much for the helpful information. I thought I had checked all the vendors, but clearly I missed those two. In searching online for a place to get the spells I found a Magelo page that claimed to show NPCs in the "Everquest Classic" expansion. Is this 1999 emulation similar to that expansion?

That page also shows a banker, Danos Safecoin, in Surefall. I haven't seen that NPC. Is there a banker in 1999's Surefall Glade? |
Just use the wiki here.
Click "home" in the blue bar on the upper left of the screen.
When the page loads, "WIKI" is in green on the left side of the page. Go there. Don't use old EQ stuff. It may be accurate, but it's best (and easiest) just to use the wiki.
