Global OOC
Personally nothing is better than red 99 ooc at 4am sunday morning after everyone is drunk and possibly smoked a few blunts.
Aside from that joke in all seriousness though global ooc was perfectly fine except for the occasional retard taking it too far and things like pras are actually a form of showing ones in game status. Perhaps a possible solution would be two channels. A pvp based ooc and a more trade/help based ooc. I'm not sure but the current situation is too far in my own opinon
