I am having some issues getting Titanium to run in windowed mode. I have installed WinEQ 2.5 as per Savok's instructions in this thread

First time I played it would allow me to switch the game into windowed using Shift + Alt + F4. But then it was like the window was "loose" on the desktop and getting it lined up on the desktop was tricky. The next time I played later the same day I could not get into windowed mode at all.
Playing on Windows 7 64 bit
1600x1200 resolution
I have no graphics or other playability issues, just the window mode problem.
