Worn haste doesn't stack, so skip the FBSS. Those 3 items are relatively cheap.

Tola Robe/Smoldering Brand/55 hp rings will easily get you to 10 or 12. I think I kept a Smoldering Brand around until 20ish because sometimes you need to melee to finish off a mob.
