Just because I am bored I will say that I am the most skilled there is at what I do, without question. Helping others may be the antithesis of what most of you seem to think of as skill, but the title of this topic does NOT mention pvp.
I've helped hundreds of people on well over a thousand characters and I doubt more than a handful of people that have played on Red more than a few months have not benefitted in some way from my actions, whether directly or indirectly.
I do not mean that as a boast. I'm no saint nor will I ever call myself a white knight like some people love to do. I enjoy helping people and will continue to do so for as long as I play EQ regardless of what anyone says or does. If I cared about recognition and my ego I probably wouldn't conduct my business in tells but in ooc where everyone could see me helping publicly like some fucking child desperate for the admiration of others. I'm just a fucked up person playing an incredibly old game for personal amusement, and I will never be proud, angry, sad or happy over a game or it would no longer be a game to me.

That being said I am not sure anyone else is capable of, or stupid enough, to do what I do, which makes me the most skilled at it by default. And, if you think you are the best at EQ, I dare you to try it. I could do what you do, can you say the same?

P.S. I don't actually care what anyone thinks and probably will forget this topic exists, but the "unknown error" bullshit isn't letting me get on to help people and this allowed me waste time until I can.

I will vouch for ya pal! I was pretty convinced most of this box was scum after watching ooc for the first few hours until I bumped into this uber nice shaman/druid/necro! OOC was at least 10x worse than it is now and the server was dead, you were lucky to see 1 other new player levelling up that wasn't a twink.
