this is the wrong attitude. your literally saying you have some righteous predisposition in the way you moderate.
having said that, what in the actual fuck is the purpose of RnF if we cant do any of the things we once did here? No porn? No cat videos? No racial slurs? This is bull shit.
Not to mention, there was a complete lack of notification on behalf of the staff, which is poor leadership. Your rule should be respected, and for it to be respected it must be stated clearly. You cant just start enforcing shit we dont know exists. And for the record, i think tasteful mod bashing should be permissible in RnF. If you cant handle some criticism in the form of trolling, you should not be a mod. If you post defensive statements justifying(to yourself) some shit you did, you should not be a mod.
