Iksar Berserker Club is achievable by an on level non-twinked group. Not a min-max SK weapon for sure, but i feel like it fits in with the spirit of what you are trying to do.
The Skull of Torture is also achievable by an on level non-twinked group, or even solo I would guess. Also not min max gear, but better than nothing and is fitting with your philosophy.
