I have an itching feeling the memblur component on the level 4 mez is too good on P99, and likely unclassic.
Cause that spell is ridiculously OP for a level 4 spell with 20 mana cost.
There isn't really any purpose to use memblur unless you don't want the mob mezzed or you don't want to pull aggro yourself (IE someone is kiting and you may pull aggro with a resisted mez etc.)
