Hallo all.

I cannot seem to find a use for the mem blur line. The lvl 4 mez mem blurs just fine and it is the only mez (except for AE mez) that I ever use and I'm lvl 48.

Seems like lvl 4 mez is the way to go because it not only mem blurs, but it mezs the target too. Is there anything that I'm missing about mem blur? Does it do anything additional or have a higher % chance to work than the lvl 4 mez?
