Deadpool is seemingly insane, however, because of his ability to break the 4th wall, the truth is that he is so much more enlightened than the rest of the denizens of his universe, that he would be perceived as insane. And, who cares really, about someone's sexuality? I am pretty sure gay people are sick to death of having their entire lives distilled down to who they like to have sex with.

Yea I agree there have been some really cool super-heroes who also happened to be gay. I wouldn't have a problem if Deadpool were gay but since all his romantic relationships were with women I'd have to say he's straight.
