There will be an appeal process. Brady does zero to two games. Pats punishment ends up being the fourth rounder in 2017. The NFL is too concerned with its perceived image right now to not let the thing go away (it's also people's eyeballs too).

also, no - the patriots cannot appeal the fine or pick removal. brady can appeal his suspension, the other stuff is unchangeable.
