After researching further, according to

http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spellhist...16&source=Live , Psalm of Vitality and Psalm of Purity did have +AC effects. The castersrealm links I provided doesn't list the +AC effect for Psalm of Vitality, but it does for Psalm of Purity, so it seems like an oversight.
