I have one, it's awesome. 300 extra points of damage can really help DPS. If you can't afford a pair of SSoYs, one of these in the offhand is cheap. Plus it procs at 20. I'm thinking about handing it down to my lowbie SK for a 1H when I get something better.

Sure it can be a hassle for CC. If you aren't in a group with a good puller. If you aren't the Main Assist. If you are forced to switch targets mid fight. That doesn't happen very often in the groups I'm in. We either have single pulls, and/or I'm the one picking inc targets. What does it matter if I poison the target I picked? Everyone else is supposed to assist me anyway. If I know my mobs and I'm smart about choosing targets, we're fine.

The price seems a bit high to me. Paw is rarely camped. I looted mine after spending 2 hours down there fighting in the back room with a mid 30s group. Beats 8k for a second yak, though.
