I expect a fine but I think any suspension is unlikely. I mean, the report dubbed him "probably generally aware" -- Brady retains plausible deniability. More importantly, the league office doesn't want this story rolling over into next season.
Seriously, it's not like Tom did anything truly harmful. It's not as if he smoked a joint or something.
