Combine (yield 4) requires 2 ground spawns in Kaladim. -- Can set up a mule here to pick up 7 of each ground spawn each cycle. Unsure on respawn time, but its easy to load up on them if you log on every day or when you log on and before you log out each time you check these.
Poison / Disease:
Planar Blood Brew - 3 STA / STR and 10 SV DR/PR. This
Combine (yield 3) requires 3 dropped pieces, 2 from PoNightmare (slargihlug and mephits) and 1 from CoD (bubonians). -- Honestly this isn't all that worth your time to farm since the above drink is far easier to make in mass... but for min/maxers, it exists.
