I think Project1999 is a really good attempt, but some things just aren't right to me. I won't get into it here, but I'll give the SOE server a try.

I've just seen SoE' version of classic, Combine/sleeper, and then i've seen Project 1999 and the 2 don't compare at all. Sony would truly have to work to make a server that recreates a more classic feel and frankly why would they bother? people are going to renew accounts to try it anyway
