One person said they had an Executioner's Hood I could have for free... then of course never actually went through with it

Can't find anyone with the other stuff. The Ykesha weapons I've been looking for the longest... no one wants to even solo the level 52 mob that drops the NO DROP scimitar for a nice chunk of change.
