I can't find any more compelling argument in any of them other than "NASA lies about stuff so the earth is flat". There isn't any explanation of how any of the physics of a flat earth would work and how we see that line up with reality. So far all I'm seeing is very weak conjecture, at best.

I don't know which videos you watched specifically, but most of your questions are answered in the 'Flat Earth Clues' series and in the interviews with Eric Dubay, among those; manipulation of flight paths, the changing seasons, etc..
Those circles on the UN flag actually mean something, they have to do with the rotation of the Sun and Moon in relation to the seasons (they aren't there just for show.) I posted the image comparing the Flat Earth map to the UN Flag as
additional information - not the base of all evidence.
The Chinese symbol for Yin-Yang is actually based on the rotation of the Sun and Moon on top of the plane of 'Flat Earth.'
