As for loot, get to 50+ as fast as you can, earn plat along the way and then you can gear up fairly cheaply in EC.
Try and pick up some good aggro/proc weapons if you haven't got any at the moment, those epic rogues gonna be stealing it left and right - and the bad ones never evade
