Another long option if you can't find anyone to escort you to KC and evac is to at least get levitate/invis/sow then run over DL to Frontier Mountains then to LOIO, then FV, Then swamp of no hope and finally into FOB. Not the best option by any means but I did it on my level 15 shaman the other day just fine.

Or you could just DL -> FV -> SoNH -> FoB. No need to go through FM and LOIO.
