In Texas, working with your hands... you're either a male prostitute, an oil rig worker, or a ranch hand. Maybe all three.
I've never known a doctor that was even remotely hesitant about naming his/her speciality. Most doctor's I've worked with (as an army medic it was lots) introduce themselves as that specialty, not just 'a doctor'.
i.e. I'm a dermatologist, or I'm an obstetrician, and so on.
You *might* actually have a sweet job that really does pay 350k a year, but refusal to even name that job makes it very very suspect.
I'm also very skeptical how quickly you volunteered that info, unsolicited. Unless there's a big chunk of that conversation missing where someone insults your intelligence, (doubtful) you kinda name-dropped like you were morally superior.
I imagine you at the grocery store:
Shopper: Hey, could you move you cart so I can get by?
You: WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK?! I'M A YOUNG DOCTOR, I'M RICH AS FUCK! YOU MOVE!

Oh come on. It is obvious he got his Doctorate in the school of hard knocks in hand jobs
How else could you use your hands in Texas and earn 350k a year but be a silky smooth hand job boy with all the steers and queers.
