Nobody has to answer to anybody and at this point its not like keeping Koota on board after a little sniffing would have been a big issue to anyone but a bunch of criers here on these Rogean Uthboards.
I've known Koota for over 10 years now and regardless of some transgressions or mistakes hes a solid guy in game and in life.
What DA was attempting to distance themselves from is a bunch of little nitwits who were gonna make a bit shit fest over something that wasn't very GAME altering anyways.
They got banned for a week from raiding thereafter and as soon as that was lifted pretty much swept the target mobs from what I saw.
That being said you can draw two fairly easy conclusions:
A. Koota's actions weren't really giving them fuck all of an edge anyways or
B. Nothing has changed with Koota being gone as far someone sniffing
Not that I agree with much all of whats going on in the raiding scene on this server which is why I just said fuck it and joined R&F to relax and level some alts in the interim but the bottom line is this.
If DA were literally hacking into the fucking database as some of you folks are claiming there would be a trace of some sort, somewhere. I know for a fact these Guides and GMs are checking shit and checking it thrice with regards to that. SEQ's edge is greatly diminished when using variance and for any sake without variance how hard would it be to time a boss mob? People are just butthurt because they got out zerg'd by players who place more value into EQ raiding than those who are crying.
