Ok I actually did a complete reinstall (not in Program files this time) dunno if that helped.
Then I went in and found the compatibility mode for windows 8, I guess I was scared to mess with those before because I was afraid the game would launch from eqgame.exe instead of Launchtitanium.bat
Either way it worked wooooooot.
