Things to consider:
Guild's target, content and communication

Depending on raid class some targets are more desirable and contested.
Is it smart to broadcast this?
Twitch streams are generally anywhere from 10-45 second delays not technically live perse. If stream sniping occurs does having proof help or hinder the review process from a GM standpoint?

Is this new content that a guild may be going thru the learning process, and teaching others attending the raid basics? Guild tactics and such?

Guild chatter/tells can be covered and hidden. If VOIP is used any good streamer will be able to control what is and isn't broadcast to the viewers.

There are definitely some positives and and negatives that can come from streaming a raid. Should it be done? That's debatable. Can it be done properly and professionally. Definitely.
