well, in Class C, guilds are allowed to monopolize all of the content without lockouts. in class R, guilds are forced to rotate. it prevents monopolization so that you probably won't get trained by TMO on ever VS attempt, just 1/3 of them.

I wish I could share fraps from recent petitions. This myth that TMO does the majority of the training is just hilarious. I think if we went to a penalty system of penalizing the player and all their characters instead of the guilds less stuff would get thrown out and you guys would see which players cause the problems.
