Rob Van Dam (real name: Rob Szatkowski). Well known pro wrestler and weed aficionado/advocate. ((Also ended up losing his World titles on July 3rd and 4th of 2006 on live television because of getting pulled in Ohio and got caught with weed on him. The chants on ECW were funny. "Mar-i-juana! Eight-Teen Grams! Mar-i-juana! Eight-Teen-Grams!" Whole audience. Hilarious.))
Also of note: Currently still holds the world record in a weight-lifting technique named after him: The Van Dam Lift. Basically, you do the splits across two benches, and lift a dumbell from the ground up.
