Agility IS suppose to make it a little harder for the Mob to hit you. Avoidance I guess would be a better word. But on P1999 I have not seen Agi work like it should at all. I think it is broken just like AC is on here until 45ish.
I know if you get Below 75 it does matter. SO I guess it somewhat works on the low end??
