I like a Iksar Necro not only for the Re Gen but they are hated Everywhere but their hometown. So you do not need to worry about maybe you are KoS, You ARE KoS, so just kill every vender, guard, Mob that walks and forget about the faction hits. Who Cares. Just don't do it in your home city, and heck I guess you could if you wanted to lol.

The the Re Gen is HUGE at 55 +. You play one right you can go nearly non stop XP wise.
