Vox / Naggy are basically two group+stragglers encounters - Omni's first ever Naggy was late night with 13 toons. Vox much the same. Have lots of MR, Null pots, and a bard. Get everyone on one Mumble. Clear to and into the lair, make sure people understand push and kill her. Is it that hard to organize?
If you want to kill a dragon, do some prep, line up your crew, plant a tracker, and give 'er on a Class R pop. Hell depending on who might be up to kill her, they might even stand down or help you clear.
Next R Lady Vox spawn window starts 2015-04-20 10:35 and ends 2015-04-21 02:35 EDT. BDA and Div locked out, Taken and Gimpatron will no doubt contest it, perhaps they'll agree to stand down for an hour to give you an uncontested shot before firing the batphones if you've put some effort in. Naggy is FFA 2015-04-19 16:00 - 2015-04-20 08:00 so you may see more players but again, ask.
Get organizing. If you can't do that, stop complaining and app a guild, they're actually putting the work in to get these mobs!
