maybe he didn't phrase it properly, or you just don't understand it. Some people will always have a target on their back by the staff, as proven by suspensions/bans before proof shown, or for no reason given, tune suspended for 3 months for auto attacking a freshly rezzed player for 40pts of dmg the same day the PNP rules went in which got changed around 50 different times as people lawyer quested all about rezzing in pvp etc.
did the staff make holo change their name? Yes they enforced it, but who petitionquested enough to make the staff finally make the guild name holocaust which was on server the 4 years ago originally, and has been active for the last 5+ months with no issues until now. So, yes the staff enforced it but who made it happen that they finally decided ok time for it to change all of a sudden.
