Dude stop overeating.

U don't need keto, or anything else. Nicotine reduces your appetite and slightly speeds your metabolism. There's a STRONG chance you are snacking more because you feel more hungry, and may or may not realize it. I'd cut back maybe 150 calories from what u ate while smoking, to account for possible metabolism changes. Otherwise, u are eating more now. Stop.
