I think the best course of action here before an all out debugger attachment, would be to get the CPU-Z (cpuid) output from the affected people, notably the SSE extension capability of the processors in question.

My client has been crashing (better described as vanishing) periodically since I first installed it. I've noticed that I encounter the problem more frequently in large zones than in small ones and less frequently the more times I've zoned or logged in other characters. Places like OOT and SK are particularly bad for me unless I log in another toon or zone at least once.
