Unless you are a Zek worshiper I'm pretty sure you start KOS to both Giant factions, same for Veeshan worshipers and dragon faction.

Zek worshipers start dubious to Giants (at least, Kromzek/Kromrif).
Veeshan worshipers - ie veeshan bards - start kos to Dragons (but much closer than others to non-kos)
