There really aren't many options for rangers outside VP other than Earthcaller. Fayguard Parrying Dagger is kind of a situational/solo weapon too, since its AoE proc is a crowd controller's nightmare. Still more than worth picking up.
Lupine Dagger for doggy-style points. Otherwise you're stuck with
Lamentation/
