Default WTB: early level proc one hander for Warrior secondary
I'm not sure what to look out for, I presently have a Kunzar and love it, even though it wont start proccing untill 40, and I need a secondary when I hit lvl 13. Any suggestions in the 200pp or so budget catagory?
