I showed up in OOT from FP. I see my friend is in the zone and I hit him up see what hes doing. He asks me the same I tell him Im gonna see if dino is open. he tells me dino had been up for a few minutes but he wasnt sure if it was camped. Then I ran across the zone from FP to dino island which takes a few more minutes. I have time to summon a pet and burnout him then I engage.
Then I /shou Dino taken.
I hear /shou Dino is taken.
I /shou No i mean, Im taking dino. Hes been up for a little while and I'm on him now.
I get a tell "dino is camped'
me: Nah its been up for a while and I attacked him man, read the rules its mine.
dude: soandso was getting his corpse. But he was at the camp so its his. And you're going to have to beat both of us to his spawn each time.
me: zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
dude: or I can petition you
Me: go ahead youre in the wrong.
dude: someone was at the camp its not yours.
me: You had more than enough time to engage this mob.
Dude: we are not obligated to attack it the moment it spawns in.
Dude: Youve been petitioned if it gets answerred yorue going to be asked to leave.
me: you will too lol.
dude: otherwise we'll see who wins out each spawn.
(dino spawns in, I engage first they KS)
Dude: Sorry you lose lol
Me: circle jerk more. zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Dude: oh now you're crying?
Me: rivers.
I waited around for a while after this and even put in a petition myself.
Meanwhile they KSd me on every spawn I engaged.
Petition was never answerred.
I eventually just tried to just squash it and went to sleep.

5. Outdoor pathing mobs are not campable unless you are sitting at the spawn point and able to engage it instantly. Outdoor mobs on fast respawn such as HG and spectres, if you cannot engage immediately you do not hold the camp.
