you guys are missing the point
a server restart is not awesome because you can get a shiny new item, what was the most fun about p99 back in 2009-2010 was that most of the population was in the low-mid level range, very social, modestly geared, and new to the content at the time
as opposed to what we have now which is a highly stratified population of 90% level 60s with 100s of soloing fungi twinked iksar monks in every zone
