It is training, provides intentional exp loss, and blocks the zone. You brought the mobs from their original spawn point and killed them on island 1 so that they aggro on anyone who tries to port. Blocking = somthing like an Ogre wall. You can port up any time you like. You just won't live. It's not training because thats where the mobs spawned. Stop being a retard.
