We should really stop acting like kd ratio is a great way to assess new players, lately seen a lot of talk from guys like slathar that someones kd ratio is a great assessment of their pvp. It may be true that its a assessment of how they spent their time on the server, but until they are 60 and well geared you really can't blame them for trying to pve.

The fact is that once you factor in gear and time spent pvping k/d ratio is essentially meaningless. High play time people come out on top. Its only important if you were already well geared and high play time basically from when the recording period started all the way to the end.

Hoping jeremy can get those 'seasons' going, and implement the new level code on the points end so we can make it meaningful.
