Konem Matse Qeynos Hills
I've tried to complete the quest that Phin gives you, but Konem doesn't answer the hails and returns the original note. My character is warmly regarded by Konem. I saw another monk also try to hail Konem and he didn't respond. He did respond to me last week when I hailed him.
