From a non-leader/officer perspective, it went.
- Clear 2nd floor mobs in way
- Engage Inny
- Notice no AE (similar to what happened in past to vox)
- Down Inny 5 seconds later
- Contact GM (Nilbog)
- Distribute loot, we expect to have to "rekill" inny with his AE going off
- GM announces to zone that Trans/IB both have envidence supporting their right to the raid mob, or something like that.
- Random complaining begins in /shout from IB & Trans
- Decision to either repop zone and give IB/Trans each Inny&Meastro (wtf?), Or take all loot and wait on respawn (at this point, we had already given our loot to Nilbog to rekill Inny properly)
- IB (and maybe Trans?) try to figure out why we are doing this? We both got a raid mob, we weren't waiting one behind the other to get them. As far as I know, we followed the new set of raiding rules.
- Informed that decision was made to take all the loot. (trans loses gauntlets)
- /gratz whoever in Trans got greedy any petitioned that they should have rights to Inny after they kill Maestro.
- Doug's buddy Zilo goes to sleep sad because he lost his sword. 8(
End of the day, we all loss. Maybe that's a fitting solution to these problems. It blows (the entire scenario was stupid), but I'm glad to see both guilds treated equally over this, regardless of which guild was whining and which one was trying to do the right thing.
