Leatherfoot Deputies: These little bastards are not dropping anything but Words of Enlightenment. They're supposed to drop weapons and, more importantly, Leatherfoot skullcaps for the quest in the DE warrior guild. So far I've killed probably 25 deputies and none have dropped.
