All Azrael tanks have VP proc weapons... you know.. years before holo was a thing.
41% haste belts all around... mostly acquired ... you know.. while most Holo monks were still in Nihilum.
Greater heal sticks ? Sounds game breaking in the age of CH rotations, lol.
Burnout robes? I am sure our CoH bots will be just fine.
