I think it'll happen eventually. Why wouldn't it.
What I'd prefer is 2 servers. One for the neckbeard hardcores to play the game like they own it without any rules. The other for the casual scum where they can rotate the shit out of evrything and still live their lives. I imagine in these scenarios GM's would have a far lighter workload.
I do wonder though whether hardocres would like this: Is the ability to lord it over the casuals important enough to want that type of server? Is the act of lording it over in itself a major reason to play the game ?
