It would appear this statement is complete bullshit. Random rolls on every piece, period. Need rolls before greed rolls. Greed rolls if no need. The only stuff that's banked is stuff everyone has passed on.
Our pixels are harder to earn but our people love the feeling of accomplishment that comes with truly earning their red pixels instead of lying back and gobbling cock for it. Some of the <Fresh> that have gone to you may be nice people, but they're still nice people that would rather gobble the cock for loot than earn it.
