Also, a fleeing snared caster mob > non-fleeing rooted caster mob dropping ice comets on you.
It only completely stops running at about 10% but still slows down at 20%. Used it much more at low levels but not much at high levels until the root/snare changes.
After that you could root rot caster mobs, snare, then when 20%, jbb until root breaks.
