in about 3 years. probably about 400 people + their alts from guilds capable of clearing trash in it first in line.
dragon armor goes to the top dogs, giant for the few guilds incapable of spending 24/7 online but still want something decent to wear. kael arena will either be considered a single camp or have a bunch of groups camping 2-3 giants each and everyone else will be stuck in PoG and occasionally go to PoH for their paladins, druids and rangers when they get tired of their crying. expect massive amounts of petition quest on who got FTE on PoG trash.
the only reason to raid RoK post-SoV is for epics as almost everything save for a select few items will be outclassed by trash drops. sov raid content that is worth anything will go to the 1-2 top guilds on the server who will clear it all in a few nights while their b-squads and apps continue squatting in tov to hold down the fort. winter is coming.

Trak for sinew (may get sinew on juggs, but pretty sure that was a luclin update?)
Sev for green scale (still only source unless they re patch in hoshkar)
VS for gnarled staff (does not drop from spawned dru/rng version)
Inny for eye?, encyc, (does eye start dropping from a mini in zone or still req for necro epic?)
Vox for rez sticks, prayers
Gore for prayers
Nagafen for bladestoppers
CT for like, everything (and gratuitous dracos / golems post fear 2.0, bcgs/ aons from golems hnnggg it's classic nirgon)
VP:
Phara dar because duh (BiS cloak in some circumstances, competitive head slot, competitive chest slot)
Hoshkar for shissar apothic until shield of words nerf
Xygoz for rend robes, snare spears
Druushk for sow swords
SW for PE hammers
Nexona hard to make the case for, robe is ok, trorsmang still somewhat competitive but not something you'd stress out about
Sky is good still, but noble cycle ends up quite lacking (better ratio / stats bows, better 1h if luclin updated gear remains and quite a few more options for 41 warrior haste)
What becomes useless? Maestro hand starts dropping from the hand, faydedar loot gets outclassed and becomes a summonable mob for epic and talendor probably isn't worth the effort as it stands but scales is scales and dkp is dkp.
ROK will still be killed between major offensives, but no, probably won't be insta FTE'd the way it was before and certainly not a priority in the vast majority of cases :3
