Stein of Moggok quest. An easy quest to do as a DE ench. And you can do it at low level too. This is a nice quest to do and yields a good item, I also like to quest my gear instead of buying it. This is a good intro into quests for gear in the game. There is even a section in this walk through specifically for DE.

Do this quest!! you are a DE so you can probably manage it at level 8. The stein is a great item to use or to sell (sells for between 250-300p). Its a total time sink and you even have to create an alt to kill a specific spawn for you (you also need your invis spell and illusion human spell) but at your level there is no better quest for the reward and if you sell one or two you can stop worrying about spell costs for a long time and even buy a few cheap pieces of gear. Just make sure you check the wiki prices on things you buy to make sure you are getting a fair price.
Edit: Also you will want a port up to toxilla but keep your bind in neriak. Be super careful about having illusion on in any city (other than oggok) and always have invis on top of that until you are at whatever npc or location you need to be for a turn in or whatever. If you crash in the middle of qeynos without invis on you may log back in only to get the crap kicked out of you by a guard. Also its not a bad idea to do the quest naked the first time and just bring enough cash for the port to tox and a couple extra platinum for buying stuff that way if something goes wrong you won't loose everything.
