Working on the
Zimel's Blades quest currently, and trying to talk to Tykar Renlin, but he won't spawn. In fact, none of the NPC's are swapping out with their various counterparts that normally spawn at this bar. I've sat in the bar for almost 3 game days now, and the same NPC's have been here the entire time, instead of swapping with the other NPC's that are supposed to spawn randomly. Currently up are; Scar, Bronto Thudfoot, Sir Edwin Motte, Imxil Tbrow, Trolon Lightleer, Henna Treghost and Lozani. Currently at a roadblock in this quest because of this. Thanks.
