Play and you will learn the zones you frequent. You will learn a path for the zones you run through, and you will learn where your favorite camps are. If you get lost (I still do after playing on here for about two years and over a decade on live) then bring up the wiki and look at a map.
No in-game map is part of the challenge. After a while you will embrace and love it.
